Our Company

Napier, Inc. of Pensacola is based on a strong tradition of quality building and deep family roots. Our President, Philip Napier, was literally born into the construction industry. Our company was founded nearly thirty years ago by Philip’s father, Joe Napier, lifelong builder and local developer.

Philip entered his first spec home in the 1975 Parade of Homes at the tender age of 17. This first home won that year’s prestigious “Outstanding Home” award and sold soon thereafter. Following his passion for building, Philip went on to work for his father in the industry and also studied construction at the University of Florida . He graduated with his degree from the University in 1979.

In 1982, Philip became President of Napier, Inc. of Pensacola and has been building unique, quality homes ever since. Our company handles up to thirty construction jobs per year, ranging from custom residential homes to remodeling projects to commercial endeavors. Our primary focus is custom homes and the fine gallery of homes online will showcase a few of our past projects.

Philip focuses his personal attention on each and every project. His goal is to make the customer happy and he doesn’t consider a job finished until he has accomplished that objective. Consequently, referrals from his pleased customers helps keep the work flowing in on a steady basis.
